I'd like only to mention: when it is used along with a proper bar type (according to your application). In your case it's the Renko Spectrum or Renko Hybrid. I don't use/know the BloodHound, so I can't help you in this case. But to build a strategy based on these rules it is enough to use a strategy builder from NT.
