Hi all,

 

I've just come across this forum & thread whilst looking for another indicator, but after reading through all 40 odd pages I have to say the box looks very interesting (kinda reminds me of woodies autotrader). I'd be happy to assist with running some long timeframe market replay testing on the various bar types / settings (I've got TF contract data downloaded from June last year to current day as I like to run long tests to make sure I'm not just curve fitting, just let it run overnight) but I'm having trouble running any of the updated strategy files posted after about the 11th April as they all come up with the following error when compiling -

 

'NinjaTrader.Indicator.PPTBoxSLsig' does not contain a definition for 'Box_Mid' and no extension method 'Box_Mid' accepting a first argument of type 'NinjaTrader.Indicator.PPTBoxSLsig' could be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)

 

'NinjaTrader.Indicator.PPTBoxSLsig' does not contain a definition for 'ShortTarget2' and no extension method 'ShortTarget2' accepting a first argument of type 'NinjaTrader.Indicator.PPTBoxSLsig' could be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)

 

'NinjaTrader.Indicator.PPTBoxSLsig' does not contain a definition for 'LongTarget1' and no extension method 'LongTarget1' accepting a first argument of type 'NinjaTrader.Indicator.PPTBoxSLsig' could be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)

 

Does anyone have a zip of one of the more recent versions with a correct copy of PPTBoxSLsig or PPTBoxSigLev?

Yam had it (since he built his own), then Admis worked on one....not sure how far it went. I didn't see it may be someone else did.

Hey Tradernate, thanks for the file! Unfortunately it's not showing up in the indicator list. I imported ninjascript, and I also installed it manually into NinjaTrader 7\bin\Custom\Indicator

 

Please advise!

Figured it out! I had to go to Edit NinjaScript > open the .cs file, and compile it. Then the indicator appeared.
