I believe there are no reverse engineering java experts on this forum, until such time we are stuck with an old version :(

Bookmap educated. Just change dll in C: \ Program Files (x86) \ BookMap \ TurboActivate \ Win-x86 with a new one. Install it as indicator.

Depends what exchange, some only show 10. I think ICE (FTSE) has unlimited and EUREX has 20? CME I am pretty sure is just 10 on each side.

No, the depth goes up to 10 ticks, but the screen shows all the ticks as a history. Everytime price moves and goes closer to that level (ie. 11) it will updates what is in the market.
