That comes froms coders I know as well. Watching a replay and seeing your fills are the only way to get a close approx. and again that is not absolute as well. From the years my Dad and I have tested, we have not seen a retail auto work in everyday markets. At best you have to test to find an Autos weakness/strenghs and trade that way based on the current market conditions that seem to fiT the systems execution code. The key has always been protecting your risk/reward in line with your account size. Nate Don't believe anything with NT default Renko regardless of fill type. I can sense a little bit of frustration in your post. Take it easy. Never mind about the "thanks" the more a blandishment (which I personally hate) I've never used it except very short period of testing. Simply, I don't like and trust most of indicators (most - because the volume profiles, footprints, order flow tools we also call as indicators. I'd prefer to rather call them as a trading tools). There is no such things in real life as oversold or overbought. What I remember BPT uses a protection located in the external dll library which is fully compiled and can't be easily modified. It means for me more effort and time and eventually no usage. Just a nonsense. I'd bet (in 99.99%) your conclusion would be the same... In case you haven't known,according to Larry Pi the 1st release candidate of NinjaTrader 8 platform was out on Aug 31. it means we are very close to an official production version soon. A such,the vendor now wants to focus his company on only the NT8 platform for strategies and indicators.Have a chat with him in chat on his website.
