The problem is with the following line:

graphics.DrawImage(GetImageFromURL("http://icons.evolutiontradingprotocols.com/oil-well.png"), point);

 

Check it in your browser: http://icons.evolutiontradingprotocols.com/oil-well.png

and you'll get this:

404 Not Found

 

The server can not find the requested page:

icons.evolutiontradingprotocols.com/oil-well.png (port 80)

Please forward this error screen to icons.evolutiontradingprotocols.com's WebMaster.

Solution: Simply delete 2 lines (rows: 519 & 520) in your source file: eVoTP_Oil_Well_Indicator.cs
