westvleteren
I agree with Tradernate's suggestion. Also would like to add that Mirus and Zenfire (and Bigtick) are all operated by the same people. Over the last weeks their communication towards their customers has been very bad, despite many users not being able to trade. My suggestion is to drop all related to Mirus/Zenfire/Bigtick as their owners showed clear that they can not get their acts together in case of contingency problems. They even have NO backup emergency plan in case a hardware/software issue arise. As a trader I would move to another IB or FCM which offers Ninja(but drop Zenfire). The CQG datafeed works well, but other datafeeds may work well as well (but do not use Zenfire). I would take also the opportunity to look for lower margins and lower commission costs. Negociate.
