Pending orders EA

Can somebody share or code PLEASE simple pendig EA which included one Buy and sell stop orders with adjustable pips distance from actual price. TP, SL, Trailing stop and expiracy all adjustable. I was used google befor write this request but still I´m not able to find this EA :(

If you have .mq4 file, I know a little bit from programming so i could take a look at it..
