Strategy test on dax

i start this thread, for some reasons, the first and the main is to see if the dax strategy proposed by a vendor is good or interesting...

 

the second, i can buy this strategy from anyone for cheap price (one time) compared at the original price... (210€/month) that i will can shared here

Anyone can backtested this strategy proposed on website http://www.d@[email protected]/en/download on FDAX and put here some results please ? the market data adviced is kinetic

This strategy has been educated in this forum some months ago. It is based on Viper trading and it is a loser!

Of course it's a loser. Otherwise the developer would proudly post his realtime trading results. All the Viper autos are trash.

just like the vast majority of discretionary strategies that need to be optimized and tweaked to be profitable....

Don't forget after that vast majority tweaks and optimizes, 90% are still unprofitable regardless if automated or manual.

Most of the optimizations are curve fitting which does not necessarily guarantees success in the following future- meaning- repeating of the same signals that happened in the past.

the only way to really optimize is by using programs like "THE GRAIL" which went off the market and was bought by a big hedge fund.

That program is actually optimizing a section in the past and then test it forward, if the results are good then it will continue doing the same section by section till it is a true optimization.

Anything else is a risk and should not be trusted.

I also tested this awhile ago and not only a loser but has internal problems ..not worth it ..imo
