It's the normal i-trend indicator. They just combined it with the RSI indicator and used it on some renko charts. I could recreate that exact chart anytime. Trust me, it's garbage and a waste of time.

When they combined i-trend with RSI it is a new indicator: Cynthia's i-trend. Important is that it indicates properly..

It's actually a pretty good system. She is a bit hoky in what she says but it's well thought out. I've added a 4 timeframe Heiken Ashi trend indicator and only take trades when 3 or 4 time frames agree and it does do very well.
