Need Someone To Convert These Indicators to MT4

I have all the indicators from the following site in Ninja Trader format:

I need someone to please convert them to MT4 format and if desired also educate for themselves and the community.

 

(I have posted this request in the MT4 Indicators Thread and was told to rather post it here)

PS---From looking at the Manual I see there is something called the Scoupe...I expect that you were not able to break out the scoupe.cs file separately?
