I don't have the zip file

 

cs.file place in the folder ...documents\NT7\bin\custom\indicator

 

then compile

How do we get this to plot in Ninja for ES? When I selected ES 12-13 as instrument, it says "ES 12-13 is not a supported instrument". I also tried SPY, same error...
