Still when you change the period - no profiles...

For me, it's still working absolutely fine.

Try to remove old indicator properly - via 'Utilities - Remove NinjaScript Assembly...', and to import the bassmark's package after that. See the windo's advice:

1. Remove ninjascrip assembly fin-alg indi

or delete all the fin-alg ind in your NinjaTrader's folder etc...

2. close NT

3. start NT , install bassmrk-edu again and close NT

4. restart NT

Does Market Balance use volumen bid/ask or up/down ? I compare ACME and Final Market Balance there are big different in volumen if set both bid/ask or both up/down volumen. Who have expirence with both ?

How can i save Market Balance settings as Templates? Its impossible ?

Market Balance always will use 'Uptick/Downtick' method for backfilling with historical data. But the method it will use in real-time calculations depends on 'Delta Calculation Type' setting. See the manual for details: http://ftp.fin-alg.info/MarketBalance/MARKET%20BALANCE%20Indicator%20-%20User%20Guide.pdf

Concerning the saving MB settings… Do you have tried to use the standard NT 'Templates' feature? It seems to me that it works well with MB.
