I did reinstall already before, still same problem. Let me know if you find solution.

 

must try with offline installer and before intall dlete each and every thing related with nt7

 

I did reinstall now. I cleaned all nt7 stuff and install with offline installer. But still same problem... dont work live account.

Hi,

 

I have had 7.31 working for a while without any issues. However, over the last few days, whenever I start the NT, I do not get the back data fill. So, there are quite a large data gaps.

 

I have been reading last few posts, and a lot of people are stating the same thing.

 

The guys who has stated about this problem, have you managed to resolve this issue? If so, how? Thanks.

 

Anyone know what the reason is for this?

PS. Is this something to do with NT not filling in the data from it's historicals? Just a thought.

Look at post #988 thx to Meow

 

Copy the new NTConfig.xml to bin64 and bin folders in "C:\Program Files (x86)\NinjaTrader 7\" (replace files if ask)

 

You get it here:

You may also look at this link if there is a gap in your chart from contract rollover to the new contract:

Try to go to Tools-Historical data manager-edit and Delete all available data there, then go to Tools-Options-Data and enable "Save chart data as historical". Reload all Historical data on all instruments.
