Gladiator858 Posted June 10, 2013 Report Posted June 10, 2013 You can change setting in GOM from binary to NinjaTickFile and it will show historical. Quote
leo1177 Posted June 10, 2013 Author Report Posted June 10, 2013 I have only File Format: Binary, Short and Flat? Quote

To do that is that the only Gom indi you need....I know in the past others where need to make it all work. I looked into it but need did get to work correctly for some reason...thanks-nate Then you need a newer version of this indicator. kungfutrader Posted June 10, 2013 Report Posted June 10, 2013 Hi tradernate. This should be all you need. I also have the GomVolumeProfile installed but GomCD should be in the file you got. Historical GomCD works here if you choose NinjaTickFile as Record Format. What is you exact problem with it? Quote

Hi soma, this patch of dll from John.Maddog.Doe. John is a very respected person in our forum. I don't think John did a virus dll. This DLL has appeared in the base antivirus software probably for another reason ... How to apply patch DLL I wrote recently In order not to have problems with the Trojans You must have a separate computer specifically for use patch dll. Categorically not recommended patch DLL for real account. Regards newbie0101 1 Quote

dukati Posted June 11, 2013 Report Posted June 11, 2013 (edited) Wanderer thanks for your suggestion. Would be very usefull if you or somebody that already use sandboxie could explain how to use this software with fixed dll. Should we apply the software to all NinjaTrader or just to the dll? Using sandboxie could we use safely Fixed Ninjatrader+fixed dll with real account? A thread about the use of sandboxie with dll/ninjatrader I think would be a good idea. Thanks in advace for any help. Edited June 11, 2013 by dukati Quote
soma Posted June 11, 2013 Report Posted June 11, 2013 @gorbat, I fully respect all the work that John.Maddog.Doe has done for us on this forum, and agree that that he would not have created an infected dll. I use Sandboxie to isolate my browser, so no problem; but I support dukati's suggestion that teaching us how you use Sandboxie with NT7 would be a good idea. Thanks in advance Quote

leo1177 Posted July 10, 2013 Author Report Posted July 10, 2013 can someone explain what are the difference between bid ask cumulative delta and up down tick? Quote
iksak Posted July 10, 2013 Report Posted July 10, 2013 This is what I understand: if traded price < previous traded price ====> it's down tick if traded price > previous traded price ====> it's up tick if traded price = previous traded price ====> down tick (if previous was down tick) | up tick (if previous was up tick) So, uptick and down tick aren't real ask and bid traded price, but they are an approximation. If you want something more accurate, you must use bid and ask Quote
