Need educated dll convert to cs

Please, anyone, convert/compile this educated NT strategy to cs. files. I want to modify the code which I believe will turn this into a good moneymaker. My manual additions are producing very good results. When I'm done, I'll post the strategy here for everyone. :)

It might be easier for you to just unlock the dll. It is protected, I think. Then I can get the cs. files myself.
