MC cannot import TS eld from TS 8.5 onwards, Need help!

I heard that

MC can only import TS eld from TS 8.3 and earlier. It will probably not import any eld from 8.5 onwards.

 

So, if I do not have TS, how can I cope with this problem of import eld file of later TS version into Multicharts?

 

Any code converter?? or.....

you google the whole sentence and will find it, because I just copy and paste what I heard from the website. and I really can not import it correctly either.
