Hello all you programmers out there. Is there any of you guys out there that might be able to program this calculation into an indicator?

There are 2 pages, the calculations used are on the 2nd page but the site gives everything in detail on how to do this manually, but an Indicator would be much easier to use than doing it by hand. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Have a great day
