Hi fxmozart, many thanks for that! I just saw this thread today and I am going to install Deltix.

 

Can you pls clarify how this 2 files fit with the initial one from John1? I would initially say that it replaces John1's but the size is very different, so I suspect that it must replace some components of the initial one.

 

Also, it could make sense to post a step by step recipy to install the program, as a nice wrap up to the thread.

In time base your symbols must be formatted like this in their names :

I need your help. Here is the challenge , I am trying out metastock rt for esignal. I have got a realtime datafeed that sends metastock format real time files auto updated & available in a folder on my computer. Now the problem is this , although the metastock program is able to read these real time files, it could not auto-refresh / auto-update chart in realtime as it does with esignal data. I tried to search for a solution but end up on metaserver software which can emulate like esignal but required DDE feed which i dont have. There is one more solution called metastock refresher which is a free software but its chart updating is not smooth like esignal & cause lot of screen flickering while updating charts. Can u tell me some software which can accept realtime metastock files & push it to metastock fileserver using some fake winros or something. Or if You can think of something....................Thank You Already :)

^Reuters Eikon, which is also available for retail traders as 'MetaStock Xenith', has Metastock integration. You can use that instead of esignal for data.

 

On another note, are the cracked files working for anyone? The program always phones home even after the crack has been applied. There is also a 4-core limitation.

Well then this pretty much compromises programs features as in real trading (intra day trading) if the information comes late , can make a difference between success & failure.

Also added UHF licenses , all possible features (always replies yes to any IsFeatured requests in quantoffice, UHF console and so forth)...and it works in linux/windows..

Cleaning the code a bit, and posting ..

 

My first java crack , used to c++ , c# , assembly...guess first time in everything :)

 

 

if you think i was going to run "away" for you telling me this, i have a stronger skin than this...

 

But then a crack like this, means next time they update (though/unless they might keep the licenseclass exactly same for years), means the crack has to be recompiled (5 mnts or more , to start up netbeans, and recompile) , which is more work than just forking off their license server and replying with custom licenses..

Also changing the UHFLicensor, (not only for quantoffice) , so people can actually also trade now with multi strategy runner , not just in simulator.

 

I think there may be a file missing in the crack.

 

I don't see the ' FxMozart Rocks your boat' line anywhere when starting up the strategy server after applying the cracked files.

 

It just attempts to contact the company server.

After all I manged to run Q.Server and get this message 'Replying true', I also have the TimeBase and UHF running. But when I try to go to Q.Office I get this message from Licencing Manager -

Hi, I have both qsc.dll files placed as per instruction above. Still have same problem with running Q.Office.

I've installed my whole deltix suite on drive D:/ and I assume that might cause some issues.

I edited the config files accordingly as shown on the screenshots below, but still same problem occurs.

Is there another path line within the licences files that is not prompting in a proper direction for the Licence Manager? Is there anything else I should check or edit?

Guys, I just finished installation of the whole package on my VM. Unfortunately I still cannot run Q.Office. The error of 'Unknown Reason' from Licence Manager that was described above is still popping up.

Could you please tell me what I'm missing here? There has to be something else that needs to be done, before running the Q.Office, in terms of tricking the licence manager.

Can anyone explain, how to connect realtime/historical data to Quantoffice?

I set the server with IB connection, and imported some historycal data (DailyPricesAll.qsmsg).

QuantOffice not runned, but If I add securities to Timebase that started.

Problem is QuantOffice full empty. No market symbols, I tryed to open charts unsuccessfully. What is wrong?!
