Guest goodboyfx Posted February 24, 2013 Report Posted February 24, 2013 Educated version means it finished 4 year college and is qualified for applying jobs. :) just kidding, Edu version means the commercial EA is hacked/cracked N has been overcamed its Demo/trial version by someone who is a coder. :) EA sellers hate it when their product gets Edu. but o well they shouldn't be greedy N share, becuz sharing is caring as some wise man/woman said.

But version 1.2 can not be too old. Maybe someone can provide the manual with a description of the parameters. It's a bit odd not knowing exactly what some parameters mean. Regards

I can find the smartentry option but not the smartexit option. As far as i know, this option has to be there. Can anyone confirm that please! regards naik

Is there an option to check which one is newer? regards One option is to be openin' the MQL4 file (The EA itself) because sometimes the programmer leaves a date as to when he be doin' his work. Another option bein' to right click on the file and open up "properties" to see when the actual file was created :-?? Edited February 27, 2013 by callahan

I believe that the newest version fixes the problem of the EA losing track of the trades and having to close them out whenever you close Metatrader and relaunch the application. It's a big change that is worth upgrading too. "2/25/2013: Update released to fix open trade tracking issue when you restart Meta Trader 4, or PC, or VPS.
