can anybody make an EA for this indicator

 

 

down arrow sell and buy arrow, exit sell

 

for buys reverse....

 

sometimes there will be 1 or more sell arrows.. Each sell arrow should open orders each time and should exit all the orders at a buy arrow...

 

for buys reverse..

I have included a filter called ultrafilter for filtering bad trades..

 

User should have the option to on/off the filter..

(filter is not essential.)
