sswimmer Posted December 20, 2012 Report Share Posted December 20, 2012 It seems that mt4 stores the account passwords encrypted in the accounts.ini file but I'm not sure. I can't remember one of my passwords but I am still able to login via the saved password. Since it's all ***** I can't actually see what it is and all my attempts to recover it have been unsuccessful. Does anyone know how to recover the account passwords? If I move the MT4 dir then the stored password is gone. If I run it from the old location it's there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
