Multicharts API

Hi to everybody,

I want to try to use my broker in multicharts as data feed and for trade.Multicharts actually dosen't support my broker so i need to use MultiCharts Data API and MultiCharts Order API as they explain in

I ask you if you have those api and the documentation about how to program those and if you can share those,and if someone have experience about those i woulk like to know if they works fine.

If your broker not work with API for receive Orders from Multicharts, I believe that it is not possible send orders from this platform, because your broker does not have the information-technology support to receive them. Each broker that work with Multicharts, has its correspondent API for send / receive Orders and send real time data (CQG, FXCM, Dukascopy, etc). Is possible download this API´s from each broker web site.

But if you have a programmer, then I believe that is possible send real time data from your broker platform to Multicharts.

 

Who is your broker? because, also, is possible introduce real time data to Multicharts with "Universal DDE" from the broker platform.

I alreasy feed multicharts with DDE.In the last days my broker give me the api for connect their data feeds to other platform and to give the possibility to send orders from other platform.Unfortnatly multicharts dosen't seem intrested to develop a bridge to connect multicharts to my broker then i want to try by myself to program those bridge but a I need MultiCharts Data API and MultiCharts Order API to try to do that.This is a thing that i never did before so i would like to have also some advice about the difficulty of this.

Look this web site: www.Hypertrader.it ; they have a program for send orders from Tradestation, this program is "Hyperorder" I don´t know if work with Multicharts, but I believe that is possible to configure for this.

 

I believe that Hypertrader can do for you a version that work with Multicharts, for send orders from MCh to your broker

If you send a mail to Hypertrader with your request, they send it a link for download a program and pass for trial, for specific version (Tradestation, Omega2000i, Metastock, etc). I haven´t cracked versions.

 

Other very good software is TradeBullet:

With soft is possible send orders from Tradestation, Multicharts and MT4 to your broker (download trial). Also they have others products.
