Today's trade - short sell on EUR/JPY

Few days ago we shorted EUR-JPY, and we can see some movement today. On every currency pair with JPY we have overbought bearish divergence. That tells us only one thing – that BOJ’s interventions are probably intentional and that BOJ does not have strenght for weakening of JPY any more.

this was our EUR/USD analyze from 05.12. I assumed that wave IV will end at 50% retracement, because wave II started also from that level. In practise when wave II goes “deep” (61,8% retracement), wave IV is flat and it goes from 38,2% retracement.

Short sell on USD-CAD

 

Trend line on daily chart and bearish Bat or Deep Crab pattern forming. Today we have Core Durable Goods Orders m/m and Pending Home Sales m/m for USD and the forecasts are lower than previous values and that is not good for US dollar.

As you remember, in our last USD/CAD analysis we predicted two short term scenarios.
