Trend Follower Posted December 2, 2012 Report Posted December 2, 2012 (edited) FXLines with Renko & Heiken Ashi Hey guys, I have this system, but I slightly changed it. I am using it with Renko bars combined with Heiken Ashi which gives you the following image: http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8067/8238130686_efa159d597_b.jpg And yes it does repaint, but only the flowery stars at the extremes do. That's exactly why should NOT trade until you get the arrow combined with a color change in the Heiken Ashi! As an extra confirmation I added the MBFX Timing indicator.... I usually work with a 20 pip stoploss. On the second day there was some consolidation, but as long as you had followed the rules you could still have made some pips on the various up moves. hxxp://[email protected]/download.php?h4q1yn8r196lqir It has proved me to be an excellent tool for scalping the M1 and M5 TF's too!! Trading microlots, I turned $10.- into $70.- in less than two weeks! You can contact me for any questions you may have... Cheers! Edited December 2, 2012 by Trend Follower hermes and Sesshoumaru 2
Trend Follower Posted December 3, 2012 Report Posted December 3, 2012 can u pls reupload it its deleted It's still there my friend... Just change the x's, @ and 0 in the link.
Trend Follower Posted December 3, 2012 Report Posted December 3, 2012 (edited) For using the Renko, drag the expert onto your M1 chart, then go to --> File --> Open Offline and choose the M2 chart of the same pair. Finally you need to drag the Heiken Ashi indicator onto your chart and you're set to go. I have an extra M5 chart open WITHOUT the Renko, but with the Heiken Ashi for sharper entries & smaller StopLosses. Happy Pip hunting! Cheers... Edited December 4, 2012 by Trend Follower

Trend Follower Posted December 3, 2012 Report Posted December 3, 2012 Is there any box size setting in this one if yes what is the best box size for euro usd and gold .. I'm using the standard setting of 10 for box size. I'm not sure whether different box sizes should be used for different assets, so I'll just stick to standard settings for now.
hermes Posted December 3, 2012 Report Posted December 3, 2012 General approach on Renko: 10p box size is used for intraday trading and 30p for long trades like Daily TFs. Scalping 5p box. Hermes thaomoua, hiramoti and Trend Follower 3
