What is this indicator?

Hi

Below is a picture of a proprietary indicator of an Iranian signal provider called 4xct (www.4xct.com). I wanted to know if there is anybody who can tell me what is this indicator and if it's really proprietary or is there any other indicator(s) similar to this one... Please post the indicators if you suspect this indicator is a twisted form of them... the website charges 75 to 95 USD for it's gold services per month...

I know it's there... and it's gold membership including it's daily signals are not free... I just want to know the name of this indicator in the picture or is there any other indicators like that?
