ITMF - One of the best indicators I have seen for a while

Take a look at this indicator. It looks really good though I haven't tested it yet.

 

I wondered if anyone can decode so we can seel what is going on under the bonnet?

Why do you think it's a good indi? I've tried to find out and couldn't do. Normal - not even good or awesome indi. Please explane how do you use it.

I can't see it's use to be good other than maybe for divergence unless you see something i don't, thanks for the share though
