rick1713006413 Posted August 3, 2012 Report Posted August 3, 2012 .....any favorite timeframe that you like?... they recommend 15 min...also, on their site they say the are coming out with an EA in end of Aug...maybe September....
iwjw Posted August 3, 2012 Report Posted August 3, 2012 wouldn't get too excited about this indi MTF=looks good on historical data but isn't the same when running live if you calculate something e.g. based on closeprices, it takes 4hours for a H4 candle in livemode to get the price; but only one tick when running through history. That means the closeprice dosn't change for 240mins worth of data the indi also isn't properly coded when using multiple currencies for calculations one has to use the individual bars of the currencies and not the bars of the charted pair. The only thing that is in common is time. The corresponding index of the bar has to be calculated for each pair seperately because of the incomplete historical MT4 data
tony24 Posted August 4, 2012 Report Posted August 4, 2012 There are three indicators which one are you referring to? Does the PowerbarsFX Spread re-paint before the last two bars? wouldn't get too excited about this indi MTF=looks good on historical data but isn't the same when running live if you calculate something e.g. based on closeprices, it takes 4hours for a H4 candle in livemode to get the price; but only one tick when running through history.
