eMiniGeek Posted June 25, 2012 Report Posted June 25, 2012 It never ceases to amaze me how these vendors "mimic" stuff from each other... re-paint it, re-package it and sell it under different names (just change the chart background and voila!). Case in point, PFA Zoning a.ka. PureFinancialAcademy is a blatant copy of APA Zones or it's the other way around :-/. Always hard to tell, you be the judge on this one. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fa-tof2OpL4 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rARmZ5nt46M Quote

Swordfih Posted July 3, 2012 Report Posted July 3, 2012 (edited) HI guys, Would you kindly tell me where you see a difference between the two indicators? Both indicators plots "coloured zones" from previous support and resistance areas. I don't currently have PFA but APA downloaded from the Angelika's link and from the videos it looks the very same thing to me. Having APA, I noticed zones can be set to be removed automatically, one can lock or unlock zones for adjustment and zones even automatically changes colors when touched by price, which is kinda cool and convenient if you ask me. Hey, it sound I'm selling the dang thing, I'm not, we all can get it from the posted link and $ave the monies ;) I've fetched this boring webinar on youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=awlsFRqHtIM Edited July 3, 2012 by Swordfi$h Quote

I have used both and switched to PFA zones recently. To me PFA is more accurate. I do know they are direct copies of each other. I checked domain age and found PFA had this product before apa. I will go with the originator every time. Again they will look fairly close but I find PFA more user friendly and accurate. You can't go wrong with either one but PFA is my choice. There is a setting on PFA that allows zones to not form within zones. I always set this option to true as i like to see original zones which are the strongest. Also PFA has targets when it enters zones to help you manage a trade. i turn them to false but some will like this feature. With PFA you can adjust zones on the fly. With apa you have to select a feature. Yes its fairly quick to select it in apa but i like to do it on the fly as if I were drawing them by hand. Anyway my 2 cents on it. Hope it helps keifer, eMiniGeek and Swordfih 3 Quote

What i did was clicked the main zip file to see other zip files. I just dragged each zip file on my desktop and installed in ninja one at a time. To install in ninja, go to control center>File>utilities>import ninja script>select each zip file. keep repeating until you have them all installed. dannydon786 1 Quote
