sherlock1713006318
http://img546.imageshack.us/img546/8729/tradestation.jpg Hi, I was able to import ASCII data csv file from MT4 to TS9. But as you can see the chart doesn't look quite right. I suppose it is because TS doesn't recognize that price has 5 digits. I changend Format Symbol -> Scaling -> Custom Decimal Places to 5, but that just affected the chart scale y-axis. So, how do I import Forex data right? BTW. I actually wanted to import the Dukascopy historical data, but I wasn't able to use it since the volume column has decimals and TS seems not to get along with it. So I use some Metatrader data which worked, but I would prefer Dukascopy. So if you know help in that case would be nice too. :) Cheers Sherlock

sherlock1713006318
sherlock, why don`t you use the forex data from forexite if you don`t live data: http://www.forexite.com/free_forex_quotes/forex_history_arhiv.html Sixer First I need to know HOW to import FX data correctly then I can decide which data to use. :) But mainly because of their bad quality. I used this data once in Forex Tester and found their M1 data is just way too erratic. EDIT: Problem solved. I overlooked something in the import wizard. Regarding data from DC, I just edited the CSV-data to rounded numbers, so no problem there too. Edited June 3, 2012 by sherlock
