Now i got the concept, you open account under them in pre-launch mode. they will give $100 managed account during pre-launch and $100 per person you refered under you. Then on Aug 27 they will launch , then you will need to open live forex account and they will transfer the balance from the pre-launch managed account into your live forex account to trade. :)

 

I think its new forex broker trying to get a big base of clients when they start.
