The auto trader also has LinReg for trade direction.

 

I'm tested it last week and was not impressed. With the recommended setting of 55Tick, 7 tick profit/loss, it lost about $500 in a couple of hours.

 

It requires testing many data series to find one that will work in the market of your choice. I'm going to test again next week. If it's worthwhile, I'll post an educated version. I'm not optimistic, based on the negative Internet reports from users who bought this guy's manual system.

I've come to the early conclusion this isn't worth much of my time. Takes too many trades to be profitable and one bar type will go Long and another one goes Short at the same time. It's a coin toss system with a negative expectancy. However, if any of you manage to find an edge with this, please share it.
