you will get the same signals with the Hurst Bands and the Fibonacci Progression Bands you are looking for.

i dont think so...hurst bands repaint and Fibonacci Progression Bands is 100% difrent code..

I have just talked to the developer Steve. They are currently only available to his students and Tradestation only. He has just finished with the development for MT4 but it needs to be tested.
