In order to qualify for a refund it states: You need to provide your statement for 20 days showing you were running 20 days as per suggested settings and rules. Then I will review and refund 100% money in 2 days. Seems if you wern't available to take every trade, which who is, he could say you didn't take every trade, thus didn't qualify for a refund. Quote
