This indicator is made of 4 different trading system. I found it somewhere, and I belief it can be converted to EA. You can check the source of the indicator. I know that its very good.

It looks like a moving average crossover system, which instead of showing moving average shows Arrows, although I was not able to decompile it.

After attaching the indicator onto a chart, it shows arrows at each candle, just like Parabolic SAR.

 

When I set SAR to 0.08, 0.2, signal also identical.

 

Hope someone can decompile and see the actual codes.
