What System is this (Pic Attached) - Seniors please advice

Hi:

 

Please refer to the following pasted picture, I would much appreciate if anyone can hint me what this system/ indicator is. What I am specifically looking at are the 'Auto lines on important levels of support and resistance'

Clarification: These lines are not Pivot Points but established support and resistance auto drawn
