jsintl
Mine traded 2 sets on EURUSD but nothing on GBPUSD. Still can't figure out how it is trading. Noticed that it opens couple of trades at the same time.

qvintus
Is it correct that you have to open 6 charts of timeframes on each pair (EUR/USD and GBPUSD)? And then put this EA on the M5 charts on both pairs (EUR/USD and GBPUSD)??
daretolive
Mine traded 2 sets on EURUSD but nothing on GBPUSD. Still can't figure out how it is trading. Noticed that it opens couple of trades at the same time. If you look carefully, it's actually just 1 trade which the EA partially closes to try to maximise profit. daretolive
Is it correct that you have to open 6 charts of timeframes on each pair (EUR/USD and GBPUSD)? And then put this EA on the M5 charts on both pairs (EUR/USD and GBPUSD)?? You're supposed to open just 1 (eg EU) chart. Then before placing the EA, click on the 6 timeframes one at a time to load data for each of the tf. Then put the EA on. Do the same with GU if you're going to trade that pair as well. murtamad
a mirror creator site would be good as big brother in certain countries have blocked depositfiles and some others.
egaalh
It is amazing how you guys are lazy. Some person asked you to help him and upload again the file he needs and you start to ask him q's .It is very simple to upload what ever he needs without start ask q's.Think about it. BobR
It is amazing how you guys are lazy. It is very simple to upload what ever he needs without start ask q's.Think about it. And you're insulting. He could have stated that he was unable to d/l from that site. Arbitrarily re-uploading a file creates confusion, i.e. is it the original? has it been modded? is it even the same file? How would someone even know where to upload the file? It could end up being another site the requester can't access. I'm sorry, in this case, and especially that of a one-liner request, some questions are warranted. megascalp
I have back tested the robot with duka's tickdata. I have also had a look at the code. The Magic of this robot sits in DLL file. So hard to optimise as the rest of the code are 3 complicated money management systems and some time management. i would love to have found out trading logic. Back test with duka till end of JAN 2012 showed from 2007 showed a PF of 1.73 on fixed eurusd spread of 1.5. DD is about 6.5%. This is with MM option 1 which did not do any kind of compounding. Looking forward to what others have to say. Capella
daretolive
yes, some code indeed - almost 4,500 lines! the various forward tests posted on myfxbook show that the ea takes partial profit and trades at most twice a day if conditions are right. however if it doesn't go the way expected, it'll let the full trade go all the way to sl. if only it could be programmed to take partial loss like it takes partial profit. http://www.myfxbook.com/systems/magic champ click on the systems tab. birt's test is there too.
