Display Current Currency Pair and Current Time Frame

Does anyone have an indicator that would display Current Currency Pair and Current Time Frame in big font. So that I could easily spot which chart I am looking at any given moment.

 

eg. Display appropriate text as below in the specified corner of the chart

 

EURUSD 5M

EURUSD 15M

EURUSD 1H

 

USDJPY 5M

USDJPY 15M

USDJPY 1H

But could you please modify to add current day and time (as per MT4 server) in the display.
