Req: Little indicator modification

I have an indicator that has a "delayed" parameter so that the indicator only prints historic signals (arrows) whenever those signals are true at candle open (instead of candle close)

 

But in present bar, signal appears and disappears; could someone also apply the delayed parameter to current bar? (it must print an arrow right away if signal true at candle open); it can never print an arrow during candle if the signal was not valid at candle open).
