1. as long as the prices are derived from the real market, then it is not gambling. Otherwise I would say forex, stocks, etc... are all gambling. Isn't it?

i know saxo bank offers fx options. although im not very daring to trade these instruments. prefer just plain spot. but i am keen to learn more if anyone is willing to explain it layman terms. can find more info below from their website i think.

I have tried the Saxo Bank platfrom and they do have Binary Options, but it is only limited to some currency pairs
