You can find it here http://indo-investasi.com/showthread.php/19283-REQ-john-maddog-doe-pls-educate-CDA-Indies First you have to import CDA ninjascript (you must convert CDA.rar to CDA.zip) then you copy the pathed dll (of files CDA-patched and CDA VolumeProfile patched) to your custom ninja folder ( C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Documents\NinjaTrader 7\bin\Custom ) and all work fine. For Footprint I use GOM volume Ladder but it work only in real time, no backfilling. If you need I can attach that on mediafire. Bye
