If the product terms said is no refunds and the product is a digital good (and it is in this case), most of the time Paypal will give credit to the seller. That is because you knew the terms before you bought and also Paypal can not verify your claim. You may say the product is a scam or not work as advertised, but paypal employees don't have it, can't test it (is not even their job to test software) so they can't decide what product is good or not. Clickbank on the other side, enforce all sellers to have a 60 days refund guarantee. Looks pretty nice on history but makes you go crazy trading it live.
