Script or EA for MT5

Hello,

have someone a Script or EA for MQ5 (MT5) with the function: Close all Open Trades if the Profit has reached a Level?

 

In MT4 there is a Expert Advisor he called: "CloseTrades_After_Account_Profit_Reached". But this Code is in MT4.

 

Or the Script "CloseAll" in MT5 would be good too.
