I find for Metastock this:

 

Lbb:=BBandBot(C,64,S,2);

Ubb:=BBandTop(C,64,S,2);

Bb:=(C-Lbb)/(Ubb-Lbb);

Bb;

 

see immage, i draw some trend line for trade cycles !!!

 

can someone convert in MT4 !!!
