Geeo, I will try to venture a guess. Did you have the save file option "open file after download completes" turned on? You should just turn on the option "close when download complete". remember to note where you download the file.

 

Then copy the mq4 file to c:\Program Files\<your metatrader folder>\experts\indicators folder. Restart your metatrader and you should see this indicator in the customer indicators section of the metatrader navigator window. Hope this work for you.
