I found out that the DLL file is located at "Window" system folder and I have uploaded it for your education:

Alternatively, you can still get the DLL file by running the "Exe" file as stated in the above post. Thanks.

Sorry Guys, in order to obtain the full components of the C4 trading software, please run the " Setup" file because the "rar" file that I posted here short of certain files/ components.

 

I just discovered that the C4 files/ components are located not only in the expert folder, but also in " Indicator, template, profile, scripts, sound" folders in MT4 folder. The main DLL file is located at "window, system " folder. Perhaps some may need education.. Thanks.
