I got a freebee template in the mail. Wasn't a template at all just instructions:

 

Make a S/R in 5 or 15 min TF. Barry indi would do that for you. Trade on a breakthrough, retrace then move is BO direction. Target is S/R box size.

 

A few more like it on the site...worth a visit just for the charts.
