ERROR: INSUFFICIENT BARS TO ANALYZE IN ELWAVE 9.5c

While analysis of chart of some scrips in ELWAVE 9.5c I'm getting following error: "ELWAVE is unable to analyze the chart with the current settings. Possible cause:INSUFFICIENT BARS TO ANALYZE." At the same time I try to analyze some other scrips, it ables me to analyze the chart. can anybody give me the solution for this error?
