I set up NT 6.5 like this

 

Tools/Account Connections, Add, Next. Enter anything for name, Provider=Gain, Check Use Ninjatrader Servers, click Next. Mode=Demo, Next, Finish. After that you connect to the datafeed by choosing it under File/Connect.

 

but there are no historic data.... Please help me to slov this poblem...or import historical data from what type file (mt4 TXT or globalserver2000i file)
