jjames Posted March 19, 2012 Report Share Posted March 19, 2012 Guys i was bit bored this weekend so did some testing this is bassically good if someone follows the rulles exact it is a profitable strategy i runned 100 rounds on eu timeframe was 1h the expectancy was a hit rate of around 63% and a r:r of atleast 1 but with good trailing it can be done better also if you put your stop fast at breakeven you will have higher winrate but you will have some breakevens more but the thing is you wanna catch the momo with the trend for me what i have seen so far someone with asome experience could build capital with this. I havent tested it on the 1min or 5 min but maybe it is even there more accurate i dont know. Breakout traders would love this system. Also try to use a money mangement model with scaling out but let a unit run those units who survive could give big profits in the long haul to make it even more robust.
