Does anyone know if this EA is just a rehash of Forex STF? Or is it truly something original? All the talk about NASA and Genetics sounds too familiar.

I know that STF was a fake, and this new one is being sold at half price. So, it makes me think it is just a relabeling of the original failed STF product....:-/

I think your are right..It looks as though the name is not forex genetic but just forex ea. Have not looked at the code yet, but forex generic does not look NASA worthy.

I had bought Forex STF long ago and asked for a refund, since that EA didn't perform well.

It seems that this is the same EA just selling from a new Website.

The detailed Statements are still hosted at forexstf.com/statement.html

Now if you look at the ZIP File you will notice that these EAs are creted at July15, 2010...... yes 2010

 

If you compare the codes of the main and the advance systeme it seems that the only difference between those 2 is, that the advance system has time management (trading hours) involved. And therefor the vendor is asking $67.00 and calls it advanced.

The video on the sellers page is faked. I did a backtest for MAY 2011 and I got 53 trades the whole month on a 1 M chart with loosing 25 % of the account.

 

BTW the EAs of STF & Forex Genetic are totally different

But the manual trading system is almost identical

 

I will trash this EA and stop testing. Its not worth

Forex Genetic is nothing more than a poorly designed rehash of an older badly rated EA named Forex STF. Everything from the introductory video to the back story is exactly the same. Only the name of the enigmatic math teacher has been changed from Jim Stanford to Ian Harris.

I just wish these people would spend more of their talent making the EA work, rather than on the "promotions page". They make it sound so tempting, that you want to get it "right now". They press all the right buttons making it smell like a "rose". Then when you buy it, there is no "rose" but rather a "black hole" that sucks all your money out of the account. :(
